We really enjoyed our stay.

Very relaxing experience. Staff was kind and welcoming. Property was clean. Beds were comfortable (major concern of ours since our bed at home is very plush). We enjoyed the amenities like the beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach lounge furniture that the staff puts out daily. Free washers and dryers with detergent provided. Computers and printers are available to check in and print boarding passes for your return flight. Parking is a bit tight and the rooms could use some updating (very early 2000's). Overall, our experience made up for the outdated rooms. We will stay again at the property and bring our children on the next vacation.

Water slide is currently not there.

The hotel was great except for the fact that I thought there was going to be a water slide for the kids that I had with me. Completely misleading!

Gem in Ormond Beach

The listing was as described. Our reservation was lost at first arrival but the front desk staff Was very helpful and worked it out and they had it fixed by the second day. We love the location not as crowded as Daytona and much nicer and friendlier. We did not feel the crime element that we sometimes do when staying in Daytona Beach. We come down to the beach five or six times a year And this place has been one of our favorites. The staff especially the maintenance and pool staff were extremely friendly and helpful to my wife which I appreciate. We would love to stay here again.

This place is nice BUT listing is incorrect

My husband and I stayed one night here. The resort was nice BUT this description of the room you are booking is incorrect. There are NO whirlpool jetted tubs at the resort. Pictures are also deceiving as you will not get an ocean front room only side ocean view.
